Refunds are issued:

  • after inspection
  • within 7–10 business days
  • to original payment method

Shipping charges are non-refundable except:

  • wrong item
  • damaged delivery

We are not responsible for:

  • bank delays
  • payment gateway delays

🔹 CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders may be cancelled BEFORE shipment by emailing:

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

🔹 REPLACEMENT POLICY

We replace products ONLY if:

  • damaged
  • defective
  • incorrect item delivered

Evidence required:

  • photos
  • video of unboxing (recommended)
